Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled return date. Extensions are available with 48-hour notice subject to availability. Late returns are charged at 150% of the daily rate.
All rentals include standard damage protection covering normal wear and tear. Customer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use. Optional comprehensive coverage available for an additional 10% of rental fee.
Cancellations made 7+ days before start date receive full refund. Cancellations 3-6 days before start date receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Outbound shipping is included. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Equipment must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
Rental fees paid within 90 days can be credited toward equipment purchase at 75% of rental amount paid. Purchase must be completed within 90 days of first rental date.
